All participants in our events agree that Golf4Cash Events owns all rights to any photos or materials produced in connection with Golf4Cash Events.

Registered players must attend the event, regardless of the weather. Only the golf course may cancel an event due to weather.

It is each player's responsibility to be on time for their tee off. This means you should be on the tee deck ready to go, before the group in front of you tees off. Any player arriving late will be subject to penalty or disqualification.

Upon any dispute during the round, a player may choose to play two different balls and record the score for each. The dispute will be brought to the Director's attention and a ruling will be determined as to the score for that hole. If a player plays out the hole and hands in his score card without a ruling, then RCGA rules apply.

Cell phones, pagers or any other communication devices are strictly prohibited during play. Breach of this rule on the first offence is a 2 stroke penalty and on the second, disqualification.

Yardage ONLY devices may be used. Devices that provide additional information other then yardage may not be used, unless such devices are available to all players. IE cart devices.  The penalty is 2 strokes on the first offence and disqualification on the second.

PACE OF PLAY - Pace of play is one shot behind the group in front of you. Pace of play is for the enjoyment of the players as well as respect for the golf course. It is each player's responsibly to be ready and to maintain a good pace of play. The penalties are a warning of the first offence, and a one stroke penalty on the second. If a player or group continues to be out of position, they may be disqualified. Pace is at a 4h 30min round.

HANDICAPS - Players must maintain a current and accurate handicap factor. All members must enter all rounds played into our handicap software. All postings must be within 48hrs, although exceptions may apply, it is only relevant upon notification and approval by the tournament director. If a player’s handicap factor has been found not to be current and/or accurate they will be disqualified from that event and from any further events, until they have an up to date, corrected handicap factor. Handicaps will be set by Golf4Cash Events before the player’s first event. Handicaps then will be maintained by our software which is RCGA Certified.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS - There are no penalties for cancelling your event within a period of up to 7 days.  Cancellations within seven days are subject to a $50.00 fee – or will forfeit their full entry fee depending on the situation. No shows and disqualifications for being late are the cost of the event entry. There are no cash refunds, event credits may be applied.
Caddies and guest riders are strictly prohibited.

Note from the Director… The director has sole discretion on adjusting the handicaps per event. It is the intent of Golf4Cash Events to provide a friendly and competitive event. Remember you can always play two balls and have a ruling made before handing in your score card. All events that do not adhere to the above will have a rule sheet given out to all players for that event.
